Rey Ancheta

Born and raised in the Philippines, Rey immigrated to Los Angeles at the age of 15. In 2021, he relocated to the Bay Area with his wife, who works in the architecture field. The couple married in 2022, and their own journey toward purchasing their first home became the inspiration for Rey’s transition into the real estate industry. Experiencing firsthand how life-changing homeownership can be, he is driven by a genuine desire to help others achieve the same milestone.

 

Now a dedicated real estate agent based in Daly City, Rey proudly serves both home buyers and sellers throughout the Bay Area. His background in hospitality management where he led valet operations for luxury hotels instilled in him a service-first mindset, exceptional communication skills, and a commitment to delivering seamless, high-quality client experiences.

 

Rey is grounded in honesty, integrity, and continuous personal and professional growth. His mission extends beyond guiding individuals and families through transactions; he is equally passionate about educating first-time buyers, especially within immigrant communities, on how real estate can be a powerful foundation for long-term wealth building.

 

In his free time, Rey loves exploring the outdoors through fishing, crabbing, coastal foraging, and traveling, activities that fuel his sense of curiosity and connection to nature. He’s also excited to become more involved in local volunteer efforts and give back to the community that has welcomed him and his family. Rey and his wife are happily building their life together in Daly City, embracing every opportunity to grow, connect, and create meaningful roots in the place they now proudly call home.
